MVA uses visual automation to look at product coming off the presses for conformance with visual defects, which automatically sort out defective product. These vision systems are integrated with the various robots to automate things like over-mold insert installation into the injection tool, and secondary assembly to the part completed by the robot with aid of vision systems and automated fixtures.
