1. Before the chain conveyor is operated, first confirm that the chain conveyor equipment, personnel, and items to be transported must be in a very safe and complete state; secondly, detect that each conveying component is in normal state without other items. Check whether all circuits are normal, and put the pipeline equipment into operation after all checks are normal. The last thing to check is that the rated voltage of the equipment is within ±5% of the voltage to be provided.

2. When the chain conveyor is about to run, be sure to pay attention to the following steps:

1. Turn on each power switch to check whether it is normal. The normal state is: the equipment does not move, the pipeline operation indicator light is off, the power indicator light of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the inverter display panel displays normally (no fault code display).

2. Turn on the main power switch to check whether the equipment power supply is normal and whether the power indicator light is on. Proceed to the next step after normal operation.

3. Start each electrical equipment in sequence according to the process flow. After the previous electrical equipment starts normally (the motor or other equipment has reached normal speed and normal state), start the next electrical equipment.

3. When working on the chain conveyor, the design of the conveyed items and the design capacity of the chain conveyor must be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the project. Secondly, it should be noted that all kinds of personnel are not allowed to touch the moving parts of the chain conveyor, and non-professionals are not allowed to touch the electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will. Finally, during the operation of the chain conveyor, the inverter back stage cannot be disconnected. If it is determined that maintenance is required, it must be carried out while stopping the frequency conversion operation, otherwise the inverter may be damaged. When the chain conveyor stops, press the stop button after the system stops completely to cut off the main power supply.
