Overview
The ZBLW series heavy-duty apron conveyor is specially designed for the scrap steel and casting industry. It ensures stable, efficient, and safe conveying of bulky, irregular, and compressed materials such as scrap steel, casting waste, and automobile parts.

Working Principle
The conveyor uses overlapping steel plates fixed to robust traction chains. Operating at a variable speed of 0–0.145 m/s, it delivers continuous and reliable conveying. With widths up to 2200 mm, slot depths up to 1100 mm, and throughput capacity of 150–400 t/h, the ZBLW series is built for heavy-duty operations.
