The order of withdrawal of the scraper conveyor
Scraper and scraper chain → scraper conveyor tail and its transmission cooling water pipe and cable → scraper conveyor head and its transmission → head bending transition trough → middle trough and cable trough.,
Disassembly, loading and bundling
1. When dismantling the scraper conveyor, the power should be turned off and locked first, and then the scraper upper chain should be pinched open at the head transition trough, and the head motor should be locked to supply power to the tail motor. The tail motor should be rotated forward and spit out all the scraper chains, and then manually pulled to the coal wall side and loaded and transported out from the machine lane in sections.
2. After the scraper conveyor tail is dismantled, it is pulled to the lifting device by the wind lane winch for disassembly, and its transmission part is removed and loaded separately. The specific method of loading is to use two fall chains to lift the two ends of the components to a certain height, and then push the flatbed truck under the equipment for loading. When bundling, each car should be tied at least 6 places, and each place should be tied with no less than 6 strands of 8# lead wire, that is, first use 8# lead wire to bind and fix at the four corners, and then use two Φ18.5mm steel wire rope buckles with flower fence screws to cross-bind along the diagonal.
3. The tail transition trough and its adjacent two sections of the middle trough are transported to the wind tunnel for loading.
4. After the above work is completed, the turntable road and track laying work are carried out, and the middle trough is prepared for dismantling and transportation.
5. When dismantling the middle trough and cable trough, the two sections of the rack should be removed first and placed on the coal wall side, and then the cable trough should be removed. Every two sections of the chute are dismantled as a whole, and the dumbbell pin connecting the middle cannot be dismantled.
6. The middle trough and the cable trough are loaded with an inclined platform. The main winch is used to pull the flatbed truck, and the flatbed truck is reliably connected to the inclined platform. The auxiliary winch is used to pull the middle frame for loading. It is required to load one piece and bundle it. The bundling method is the same as above. The bundling must be firm and reliable. After the equipment is bundled, the auxiliary winch hook can be removed. Each car is required to load only two sections of chutes and two sections of cable troughs.
7. After the loading and bundling are completed, if there is no problem after inspection, remove the connecting pin between the inclined platform and the flatbed workshop, move the auxiliary winch wire rope away from the track, use the main winch to lift it to the turntable, and then use the winch to transport it to the +1170m yard.
8. After the scraper conveyor head is disassembled, it is also loaded with an inclined platform. The loading and bundling methods are the same as those for the middle trough.
9. Before the rear conveyor is recovered, when all the rear tail beam plugs are driven out, first clean the floating coal on the left and right sides of the rear conveyor, check the maintenance of the roof on the old empty side of the rear conveyor, and after confirming that there are no hidden dangers, check the support of the upper expansion section. When the support is intact, pull out the middle pillar, vacate the recovery channel, and start recovery. If the roof support is found to be unreliable after extraction, it must be supported by a shed with the same specifications.
10. During the disassembly and recovery period, the bracket must be supplied with liquid normally, and a special person shall be assigned to check the integrity of the bracket. If there is leakage or other conditions, it must be handled immediately to prevent the tail beam of the bracket from falling.
11. When the rear conveyor is recovered, it can be divided into two sections for simultaneous recovery (with the 60# bracket as the center), that is, the upper section is recovered from top to bottom, and the lower section is recovered from bottom to top in sequence.
12. When recovering the tail section of the machine, the wind tunnel return column winch can be used in conjunction with the guide pulley for recovery. Fix the guide pulley on the crossbar of the upper side of the tail beam of the 100# frame with a new 40T chain ring or wire rope buckle, pull out the section above the 60# frame from the space of the upper side of the 100# frame, drag it to the loading location, and load it into the truck for transportation.
13. The tail and transmission part of the rear conveyor can be pulled with a 5-ton guide chain. After the end bracket is recovered and the lower top plate is maintained, the JH-14 column return winch installed in the machine lane is used to recover the guide pulley. The guide pulley is fixed to the appropriate position of the machine lane on the side of the tail beam of the 1# transition frame with a new 40T chain ring or wire rope buckle. After pulling it out, it is loaded and transported in the machine lane. The loading and bundling methods are the same as the front slide.
14. Before recovering the rear chute, put two supporting columns at the tail beam of the 60# frame or use 40T chain rings to tie and place road blockers to prevent the equipment from sliding down when recovering the chute above the 60# frame. Hang a metal mesh here to separate the upper and lower sections to prevent the debris at the upper mouth of the rear chute from sliding down and injuring people.
15. When pulling the rear chute equipment, no one is allowed to work or stay along the wire rope. The personnel must stand between the two brackets to observe the pulling of the equipment. If there is a problem, stop pulling immediately and continue after handling it.
16. When pulling the rear chute equipment, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to enter or work at the tail beam of the bracket. In order to prevent the rear chute from sliding down, the bracket and the rear chute connecting chain shall not be dismantled in advance without authorization. They must be dismantled and transported one by one in sequence. The dismantling and transportation must be coordinated, and the chute shall not exceed 2 sections each time.
17. When the upper and lower sections are recovered at the same time, a special person must be assigned to observe the pulling of the equipment, and the on-site team leader and the on-site staff must be in unified command and on-site supervision.
18. After the back-sliding equipment is recovered, the upper shed beams and single pillars are recovered, and two “#”-shaped wood piles are promptly erected with old sleepers to connect the upper top plate. The inner wood pile is aligned with the top line of the 100# bracket tail beam, and the outer wood pile is aligned with the front end of the 100# bracket base. When recovering the upper shed beams and single pillars, they should be recovered one by one from the inside to the outside. Before recovery, the protective bracing columns should be set up first, and the principle of “support first and then return” should be strictly implemented. The pillars can be recovered after the wood piles and plate beams are connected.
