Scraper Conveyor Operating Procedures

4. During the inspection, personnel must stand in a safe position and are prohibited from inserting any part of the body into the scraper and the box.
5. During operation, carefully check the operation of the chain plate, the tightness of the chain, and whether the chain and the head wheel are meshing normally.
6. The power must be turned off to clean up the first round of debris or the accumulated goods in the box.
7. If the chain is found to be off or the goods are pressed down, the machine should be stopped immediately. When handling, the personnel stand on both sides of the machine body. It is strictly forbidden to handle the fault during operation.
