Scraper conveyor safety measures

1. Check the temperature changes of the lubricated part of the conveyor roller. The temperature of the shaft system should be kept within the specified range;
2. The pressurized or transmission screws and nuts of the conveyor should be lubricated regularly. The transmission screws and nuts that are not often used should be sealed with oil seals;
3. Keep the tools used by the conveyor well, scrub and check them regularly, and keep them completely clean;
4. For the lubrication points of the conveyor that are automatically filled with oil, the oil pressure, oil level, temperature and oil delivery of the oil pump should be checked frequently, and problems should be dealt with in time;
5. The lubrication operators of the conveyor should make regular inspections, pay attention to whether there are oil leaks and abnormal changes at the lubrication points, and solve problems in time.
