1. Phenomenon: The current of the coal mill decreases. The air volume and outlet temperature of the coal mill increase. When the coal drop pipe is seriously blocked, the current of the coal feeder decreases, and the coal feeder sends a “coal cut-off” alarm signal. The oxygen content of the boiler increases, the steam temperature, steam pressure, and load decrease, and the negative pressure of the furnace increases.
2. Reason: The moisture content of the raw coal is too high. The coal feed is too large. The coal bunker is empty. There are foreign objects at the inlet of the coal feeder. The inlet valve of the coal feeder is closed by mistake.
3. Treatment: Reduce the coal feed of the coal feeder, increase the coal feed of other coal feeders, and maintain the total fuel amount of the boiler unchanged. Set the air volume and outlet temperature control of the coal mill to “manual” to maintain the air volume and outlet temperature within the normal range. Knock on the coal drop pipe to make it unblocked. If it cannot be unblocked in a short time, stop the pulverizing system and contact for maintenance.
